Free Cod is available at an order value above Rs. 999 from which you have to pay Rs. 200 (Non- Refundable even if you cancel or reject your order ) and the balance at the time of delivery (e.g your order value is Rs 1000 then at checkout you have to pay Rs 200 and the rest Rs 800 to the delivery boy) sorry for the inconvenience. The company has this policy because we are receiving a lot of fake orders which has increased logistics costs for the company. For the same order to be shipped again, YOU HAVE TO PLACE THE NEW ORDER. As courier guy try thrice for the delivery and if you reject or cancel the delivery the order automatically cancel and the amount of INR 200 has become non-refundable. so please make sure once you order for the COD
Shipping & Refund Policy
Orders are usually processed within 3-7 business days (i.e., Monday – Friday). Some orders, such as pre-order items, may take longer.
We’re continuously striving to get your purchase to you sooner, however, in some unforeseen circumstances, it may take a bit longer. In this case, we’ll notify you of this delay immediately.
We offer free shipping only for orders in excess of Rs. 999 and we charge Flat Rs 79 for the below order of Rs 999/-. (Domestic Orders)
You will be notified when your order ships from our warehouse with the shipment tracking number.
Our all products go through a quality check process so we eliminate 99% chances of error in quality and service. Still, if you face any issues please reach us on WhatsApp or Contact Page. We have a hassle-free return/exchange policy. If you are not satisfied or not happy with your purchase, you must inform us within 24 hours from the date of receiving the package. We will validate your return/exchange request, only after we authorized it, the product should be returned to us within 7 business days along with a copy of the invoice, original packing, and in the original condition as sent to the customer and you will receive a credit note for the same which has no expiry date or exchange the same on prior effect.
We accept payment through Credit/Debit Card, Net Banking, Mobile wallets, UPI. We currently do not accept payment through Cheque or Demand Draft.

Terms & Conditions:
· If the product is sent back to us without our consent, Return/exchange will not be accepted.
· No returns/refund/exchange will be accepted for customized/stitched products & accessories.
· For alterations, you can send the product back to us for which the shipping charges will be borne by the customer.
· Return/Exchange of the product will be accepted only once.
· We accept a replacement for damaged product, if you see any damage while accepting order then please refuse to take order and ask courier boy to mention in the delivery paper that the parcel is damaged it will help us to understand you better and claim insurance.
· We do not accept returns for products purchased during sales/discounts.
Additional non-returnable items:
· Gift cards
· In case of defects, we need a Parcel opening video of the damaged product. After reviewing the video, we may send you another piece of the same design.
· If you get a different product not the same as you ordered, we will replace the product
· There is an admin/credit card commission cost of 5% of the charged amount plus Rs 150, which will be deducted for a refund. In case the refund is issued as a gift voucher/store credit, this charge will be waived.
· Refund will be processed only if we cannot replace the defective item with another piece.
· We can’t provide a return facility outside of India.
· Shipping cost is non-refundable.
· Return shipping is to be borne by the customer and is to be shipped only via India post, no other courier service. Exchange shipping is to be borne by the YAGANA Store
· If you have ordered multiple products and we are unable to provide certain products from your order, you will be asked to select another product / take a store credit / the amount for only that particular product will be refunded.
· We hope that customers who buy products with beads/diamonds and sequences understand that it has a tendency to come off. Even with good handling and shipping, this cannot be avoided. Even if we replace such items there are high chances that you will receive a similar product again.
· We will not process a refund in case you do not like the product due to any reason. Our customers are hereby notified that we do not accept any cancellations.
· Order rejected or Undelivered- We attempt delivery 3 times, in case you reject an order in such case no amount will be refunded. If you are not available at the given address inform us within 15 days from the date of order through email. Shipping charges may or may not be applied according to the situation
· All the legal cases will be treated in only Mumbai jurisdiction court.
